The School of Athens
The School of Athens is a large fresco in the Apostolic Palace of the Vatican. It was painted by Raphael between 1509 and 1510. It measures 500 cm × 770 cm (200 in × 300 in). The fresco represents philosophy. The two central figures are Aristotle and Plato.
