Margaret Hilda Thatcher, Baroness Thatcher (October 13, 1925 – April 8, 2013) was a British politician and the first female Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. She was prime minister from 1979 to 1990. She was nicknamed "the Iron Lady". She was the leader of the Conservative Party.
