Keyboard (LAPTOP)

A keyboard is a part of a computer, used to type words. It contains several keys that correspond to letters, numbers, and symbols. Without a separate keyboard, some computers have functions for an on-screen keyboard operated by the cursor and mouse. In a desktop computer, the keyboard is attacked to the computer via a USB cable, though in a laptop it is attached directly. Older computers have no keyboard, as data was inputted via punch cards.
